I AM BACK....
Well, it sure has been a while. I have not yet figured out how to get my thoughts down on "computer". It is much easier to have them while I am doing a thousand other things. What I am realizing though, is that there are a number of things that are moving and shifting and I believe this is the right place to track them.
I have 3 very wonderful things happening at work right now. At the same time, I am really stepping into a place of setting my vision of how I will be a mom and do these wonderful businessy things. I have not spent the time to really set a vision for this before! I have allowed myself to just go with what I t'hought I needed to do. And this has NOT worked for me at all. So... although many folks "get" this early, it has taken me quite a while to figure it out.
Now...with this information, it is time to do something about it. Wee Will is on a trip with his grandparents for 8 whole days. This is HUGE!!!!!!!!! I think it is a little to early for a 6 year old to be away from parents for such a long time, but when it popped up the time was shorter as it was pitched to me and I didnt really think about the big picture... and I am a big picture thinker.
Well, now I get to carpe diem.....what does this mean? I spent yesterday on the verge of sleeping all day and now I am ready to get a work out in and start clearing my house.... have 8 days to go through 6 years of stuff. It isnt really pretty... but so dang necessary. Just gotta do it. the workout piece has a chance to be life changing. I have put myself on the back burner for 6 years and now I need to get back to the front of the story.
The other thing I am embracing is the idea that I dont have to do it all. Since the fateful car accident... I have been in a retracted mode.... certainly not a good thing. Well, if I am truly going to step into this place of being the mom I want to be and doing the level of business I want to do... I must make decisions that serve that higher vision. Keep it simple and real though.
I think you will a lot more of me here! It is all pretty exciting!
